Holder of Certificate of Exemption (one of the first 13 listed in the Government Gazette 1915) under the Dentistry Ordinance, 1914[1] to practice dentistry 1914-34. Private practitioner nlt.1908-34 (office located at #41, Queen's Road Central in 1908; 2/F, #74 Queen's Road Central in 1933; and 5/F, King's Theater Building (tel: 21255; hrs: 0900-1300, 1400-1800) after November 2, 1933). He was associated with dental surgeon Kwong Sik-leung 鄺鍚良; the two shared the office above mentioned at the King's Theater Building. Whereabouts after 1934 unknown.
[1] Certificates of Exemption were issued to applicants who had long history practicing dentistry in Hong Kong but lacked the academic qualifications to become Registered Dental Surgeons.
