Brigade Surgeon, Royal Infirmary Phoenix Park, Dublin April 1, 1882. Surgeon-Colonel October 16, 1886. Hong Kong 1887-88. Surgeon Major General August Agust 10, 1892. Retired October 1895. Honor: Afghan medal w/ two clasps, Sherpur and Kandahar; Bronze Star; MID.
