RAMC, Surgeon Captain May 30, 1885; Major May 30, 1897; Hong Kong ntl.1904-net.1906, Acting Principal Medical Officer, Hong Kong and China 1904;  Lieutenant Colonel May 30, 1905; retired May 4, 1910; the Great War, recalled to active service August 1914, Medical Officer In-Charge of Abancourt Hospital 1918. Associated with Junior United Service Club, Charles Street, St. Jame's, London.

HONG KONG nlt.1904. Acting Member, Sanitary Board (vice William Edward Webb) August 16, 1904, and April 15, 1905; (vice C.S. Sparkes) July 30, 1906. Last record found ex Hong Kong 1906.
