Registered dental surgeon 1914-27, re-registered 1932-36 , one of the first eight dentists registered with the government following the regulation of the practice of dentistry on May 7, 1914 [1]. Dental Board, acting member (vice Joseph Whittlesey Noble, absence on leave) July 21, 1916; member (vice Frederick Howard Kew, resigned) June 1, 1922 - 1924.
